STS Space

To book ZenU Technology spaces in 3rd-floor Annex (332G or 332F) search for the room. If the rooms appear, they are available for booking. Please note: only 332G has video conferencing capability.

Academic Department Rooms

All 11 academic departments have their own meeting spaces. We call them "Learning Space" because sometimes they double as both a conference room, but also a classroom. Other

ZenU is currently rolling out an Event Management System called EMS across various schools, the same platform which Kimmel Center uses. ZenU has begun taking room reservations through this new system for limited spaces indicated below:

• Kimball Hall 1st floor lounge
• Pless Hall 1st and 3rd-floor lounges
• Pless Hall 4th floor and 5th-floor conference rooms
